At Acors Topsoil and Mulch, we believe in being upfront with our customers, and today, we want to apologize for some recent early closures due to weather forecasts that didn’t quite pan out. Like many small businesses, we’ve occasionally made the call to close early based on rain predictions, only to have the skies clear up and the day turn out beautiful. While this worked in the past when we were a smaller operation, we realize it’s no longer acceptable as we continue to grow and serve more of our community.
We understand how frustrating it can be to plan a project or stop by for materials, only to find us unexpectedly closed. That’s why we’re putting a new policy in place—rain or shine, we’ll be open during our regular business hours. No more guessing games with the weather. If you’re counting on us to be here, you can trust that our gates will be open and our team ready to help.
